Kate M. Dolan

Kate Dolan has lived in Charleston since she
came for a short visit in 2006.  She has been with Carolina One Real
Estate since 2015 and is in the Silver Circle of Excellence.

Dolan graduated from the University of Massachusetts, with a degree in
Psychology with a minor in Math.  She began her career in the
telecommunications industry with Ma Bell, then to the first independent
and back and retired from Verizon.

A member of the National Board of Realtors (NAR), and Charleston Trident
Association of Realtors (CTAR), she is licensed in both South Carolina and
Massachusetts. With transactions in both locations, she demonstrates
in-depth knowledge of the industry and a broad understanding of market
trends.

Kate listens to her buyers' needs and wants and then finds them their
home, all the while making the process straightforward, understandable and
fun.  She holds the NAR Designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative.
In the past year, Dolan has also worked with sellers and listed and sold
their homes on James Island, in Mt. Pleasant and on the Peninsula in
downtown Charleston.

Personal referrals continue to be Kate's main source of business, and she
takes her commitment to her clients seriously with a proven record for
negotiation and a drive to succeed.  Kate is conscientious and works on
behalf of her clients, always in the spirit of a win-win for all parties.

Kate also enjoys time spent with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League,
the Gibbes Women’s Council, the MUSC Wellness Center, the Charleston
Preservation Society and is on the Founding Board of Governors of the
Harbour Club.
